The main element is the portrait bust of a young lady (42 x 27 mm) carved from natural Sardinian red coral.The mounting is accented around, with 7 four-prongs settings that are holding round brilliants cut diamonds, 0.42 carats, F/G color, VS-2 clarityThis piece is pretty heavy and large with a weight of 48.95 grams and a measures of 60 mm by 43 mm by 25.5 mm (2.36 x 1.69 x 1.01 inches).It is in perfect condition with all the original vintage patina intact. The coral carving is reddish from Sardinia in southern Italy.
