Talmud Yerushalmi on Masseches Zevachim and Erchin - This was Invented and Completely Made-Up -Published for the First Time with Commentary of the "cheshek shlomo". It has Phony Effusive Approbations from Gedoley Hador.
After some time, it became known that the sefer was a complete fake.
