Handwritten and Signed Letter of Rav Shimon Aharon Sofer to his Rav, Rav Yosef Tzvi Dushinsky, During his Stay in Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad). He notifies him in the letter that he is sending him pamphlets through his relative: Rav Yosef Naftali Stern . Additionally, he requests that he pray for him for good things and for his father Rav Moshe Sofer for a full recovery from his illness.
