Extremely Rare Sefer! Is not available in the Israel national library or other libraries in Israel. In the "Mif'al Habibliographia", this sefer is listed, through a copy found in a British library.

Bound with it is the sefer "Hafla'os Nedarim", incomplete, Warsaw 5625.
