A lengthy letter with six paragraphs, is handwritten on his personal stationery, with his signature. It was sent to the directors of the Hungarian Kollel in Jerusalem, and deals with donations to the Kollel. R. Avraham Ma”sh Frankel was the head of the Orthodox community in Hungary. According to Ohalei Shem (Pinsk, 1912), he merited “both tables” of “Torah and wealth together.”
