The Vernon Community Arts Centre (VCAC) https://vernonarts.ca/ is a welcoming facility providing art classes and workshops for all ages and abilities. The Arts Centre is home to the Arts Council of the North Okanagan, a non-profit organization and registered charity. The ACNO provides arts education through the Arts Centre, and supports all arts and culture initiatives as part of it’s community development mandate.
