Lengthy pre printed loyalty oath signed in occupied New Orleans by Sigmund Loeb, so permitting him to transport goods from New Orleans on the Mississippi River. Born in Alsace, Loeb (1828-90) was buried in New Orleans’ Hebrew Rest Cemetery.
