R' Moshe Yeruchum Morgenstern, was a grandson of the famed R. Mendel of Kotzk. The Kotzker’s youngest son, R. Moshe Yeruchum, tragically passed away in the lifetime of his father, leaving a young widow who shortly thereafter gave birth to a son who was named Moshe Yeruchum after his father. The signature reads “Moshe Yeruchum the son of Moshe Yeruchum”, with an additional stamp.
