Zemir Aritzim HaRishon. Edited By Efraim Deinard, Kearny 1904. One of the onlt nine Hebrew Sefarim printed in Kearny.

This should not to be confused with another work by the same name written by the Maggid of Makow and also republished by Deinard.

Has details concerning the punishment to Chassidim by the followers of the Vilna Gaon. The identity of the author is unclear and attributions have ranged from R. Chaim of Volozhin to the Vina Gaon himself. Chassidim purchased all copies upon publication (1772) and then destroyed them. Deinard's text is based upon a manuscript belonging to M. Landsberg of Brody and also contains Maasei HaRav, a polemic against the Chozeh of Lublin.
