The Medallic History of the Civil War, by the Danbury Mint. In original presentation album. 60 medals total. Together with the Men in Space Series, (20 aluminum medals) also by Danbury Mint and with wooden case.
Dimensions: The total sterling weight is 60 troy ounces, each medal is 1 1/2" in diameter and one troy ounce. The album measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 1 1/2". The Men in Space case measures 6" x 12 1/2" x 1 1/2".
Provenance: From a local collection.
CONDITION
The medals all appear to be in good condition, the album is in poor condition and partly burned.
