Chinese Green Enameled on White Porcelain Dragon Bowl, Hongzi Mark - A deep porcelain bowl with a motif a dragons in low relief. The exterior of the bowl is incised with two green-enameled five-clawed striding dragons, the interior with a single dragon inside a rondel, all on a white ground. Six-character apocryphal Honzi mark inside a double ring in blue underglaze. Aged paper collection label decal on underside. Dimensions: 3 1/2" h x 8 1/4" diameter. Condition: Minor normal wear; a small flake of green glaze loss to interior dragon at center.
