This Winchester Model 290 semi-auto rifle is in overall fine condition displaying approximately 85% black blued finish to the gun's parts with an engine turned brightly polished action & brightly polished loading tube. The machine checkered hardwood butt stock and forend are very good + with a black checkered plastic factory butt plate that shows a crack running from the left to right side that would benefit from being having both parts re-secured to each other. The markings are sharp, the action is crisp and the bore/rifling are fine.
