This early Winchester Model 1894 (circa 1915) SRC is in good + condition as refinished displaying approximately 70% black blued finish to the receiver, trigger, hammer, lever, floor plate, action cover, butt plate, barrel bands, loading tube, DW King buckhorn adjustable rear sight, fixed blade front sight, saddle ring base (missing ring); the barrel assembly shows a purple color to its finish. The hardwood butt stock and forend are overall very good with a stamping of "265" plus un-readable markings on both rear sides of the butt stock. The gun's markings are very good, the action is strong and the bore is very good with scattered erosion & visible rifling.
