VERY FINE PAIR OF GADWALLS by the Wildfowler Decoy Company, Pt. Pleasant, NJ. Very detailed painted feather work to backs and sides. Painted tail feathering. Painted speculum detail. Fine paint ticking to heads and necks. Glass eyes intact. Small rub to one feather on drake. W. KEIM painted under bills. Notation on bottoms in black marker: "GADWALL MALE/FEMALE, "1969", HOLLOW PINE." Signed by Charles R. Birdsall. Retains crisp Wildfowler ink stamps. 300-400
