FINE PAIR OF BROADBILLS by the Wildfowler Decoy Company, Pt. Pleasant, NJ. Steve Ward models in excellent original paint and condition. Painted stipple work to back and sides. Painted feather work on rear backs. Hen with painted speculums. Drake's head with subtle painted iridescence. Both heads turned slightly. Carved detail to flared bills and carved nails. W KEIM painted under bills. Notation on bottoms: "BROADBILL MALE/FEMALE, STEVE WARD MODEL, "1972", HOLLOW PINE." #1/#2 carved in bottoms. Signed by Charles R. Birdsall. 300-500
