Ruth Payne Burgess (American, 1865-1934), oil on canvas board, executed with confident strokes in a muted thalo green, burnt umber and rose palette, in very good condition. Set in an antique hardwood frame (top right and bottom left corners are chipped). Reverse is labeled R.P. Burgess 1918. Dimensions: Image 10x14 inches, framed 20x24 inches. This lot has a reserve.
